5. Payment Terms

Payment processing is handled through our secure platform. Platform fees apply to all transactions as outlined in our fee schedule.

• Clients pay consultants through our escrow system
• Platform fees are deducted from consultant payments
• Refunds are subject to our refund policy
• All fees are non-negotiable and subject to change with notice

6. Intellectual Property

The Platform and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Consultancy Register and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

7. User Conduct

Users agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform unlawful acts
• Violate any international, federal, provincial, or local laws or regulations
• Transmit any material that is abusive, offensive, or violates any party's intellectual property rights
• Attempt to circumvent our platform for direct transactions
• Create false profiles or misrepresent qualifications
